TOS
-I only take payment through Paypal invoice.-Full payment is required before I work on the commission, you get 7 days to pay unless a payment plan is set up.-I will only set up payment plans for commissions that are over $100 USD.-By commissioning me, you agree not to use my work for any form of profit or put it through AI, NFTs, or Crypto.-I have the right to refund or outright refuse at my own discretion, a commission if it for some reason cannot be fulfilled.-I will not give refunds after the commission is finished, and between the start and finish, refunds will only be partial based on how much work is done.-Do not copy, edit, trace, sell, or use my work in other images without my written and express permission.-I will not draw anything illegal or outright harmful. By asking such a thing, you will be blacklisted from any future work, and other artists will be warned.-You may ask for minor changes during the sketch phase, but once the piece is done, any major changes (i.e a pose shift) will cost an extra 75% of what was originally agreed upon.-I have a life outside of art, this is a hobby, and I work 5 days a week. Please do not rush me, I will communicate with you to the best of my abilities.-I will not be communicating about commissions during Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays, as these are my days to relax.-If a mistake is made on my end, I will be happy to fix it to the best of my ability, however if there are details I had no way of knowing about (i.e not on the ref sheet OR stated otherwise), then I have a right to, if a major change, ask for an extra fee.-If commissioning an NSFW(Not Safe For Work) Image, you must be 18 or older, and present some form of Identification in order for me to accept.

Suggested backstory: Claystone was the runt of their clutch, being a late hatcher and rather small. They had to prove themselves to be stronger or more agile than their siblings and other peers.

Suggested Backstory: Coreopsis is the hatchling of a forest and fae dragon that is fairly slow at flying due to the wings they gained from their fae ancestry. They have a green thumb and a love for mischief. Their fire has illusionary properties.
